Event Description

The Close is a place for songwriters to meet and work with other songwriters.

Every second Thursday you have the opportunity to present new material or work in progress to other songwriters who can give constructive criticism based on lyrics, composition and performance.

This way you get more qualified criticism than you would from family and friends and you can then use
this to further evolve your work. To think and speak constructive about others work is also a means to
reflect on your own work.

The Closet is open for anyone who composes original music. No matter your qualifications.
The songwriters meet with mutual respect - for mutual inspiration.

Furthermore The Closet is a place to co-write, network and play concerts.
